Why repair instead of replace
Repairing a unit avoids long lead times on new parts and usually costs less. For older machines, a repair can be the only way to keep a discontinued part in service.
Our repair team inspects every component on the board, from large capacitors to small resistors, so the unit goes back in proper working condition rather than just patched.

How long does a repair take?
It depends on the fault and whether parts are in stock. We give you a time estimate with the quote, before any work starts.
Do you test repaired parts?
Yes. Every repaired unit is tested and scanned on our test benches before we send it back.
Can you help with an urgent breakdown?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call our emergency lines on 072 483 0132 or 082 876 0494 (WhatsApp 072 483 0132). We will tell you honestly whether a repair can be done in time or whether a replacement or exchange unit is the better option. Call-out fees apply.
How do I get my unit to you?
Drop it off at 130 Cornelis Street, Fairland, Randburg, or ask us to arrange courier collection anywhere in South Africa.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually within 24 to 72 hours after the unit arrives. The written quote is the price you pay.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Repairs carry a 3 to 6 month warranty and come back with a test report.
What can't you repair?
We do not repair electric motors.
